Craig was the technician from HSR that serviced my house. Initially it was a Dryer Vent cleaner for my roof. Then after Craig cleaned it, he diagnosed and let me know the Dryer Hood was not manufactured correctly and would lead to improper ventilation quickly. Second visit Craig installed a new Dryer Vent Hood on my roof and he did a very efficient job. Thank you HSR and thank you for booking me Craig again. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough.
